This paper has been done to meet the module requirements for delivering customer value. The purpose of this assignment is to analyse how companies create their value and positioning their brand name to their customers. The company selected for this assignment is Huawei company, it has also analysed the company in several parts.
In part one, an analysis of company profiles includes the organisation’s target segment, market positioning, SWOT analysis about Huawei Technologies company as well as their strong competitors in the same industry. The second part will analyse the relationship marketing strategy applied by Huawei Technologies, including its company’s value proposition, how to convert potential customer into their profitable loyal advocates, experience the economy concept and which CRM tools Huawei adopted to build their customer relationship and profitability. The last part, there are several recommendations to help the organisation deal with their past or current shortcoming or gaps in order to increase customer satisfaction and create them to become Huawei Technologies’ loyal customers.
