The most commonly used Word document within my role is a pro

The most commonly used Word document within my role is a pro?le sheet. This is primarily stored on a One?le within the computer and network. The document has to be Checked Out for other people to edit the document to update the information.
This document is also printed off and kept in a ?le as a back up.
To edit the document you just locate the ?le which is stored in the year it was created then alphabetically for easy access. Then you must Check In the document otherwise it is read only. Only people with the correct authority can edit the documents.
