As a healthcare services we always play a team work where work are divided to each member of staff and follow-up my management on monthly basis.

Our objective is,
Provide patient good clinical care.

We work within the framework of NHS Primary Care Services to provide professional, nursing and other services which meet the identified needs of our patients.

promote best practice through the use of specialist expertise within the practice team and encourage the continuous professional development of all members of that team.

Respect patient privacy and right to confidentiality.

We as a practice always try to maintain a high standard of care towards all our patients.

If patient, if came to see me for BP review, if patient is on regular medication and Bp is still high after medication I check three reading take patient symptoms and discuss with the on the duty Doctor and they review patient straight away and then I review patient after a week to check medication is working properly.

If doctor need emergency ECG then I perform ECG for them. Theses all are part of team work. To help each other to provide good patient care.

Team Member Job Role Responsibilities within the team
Manager Manage surgery managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception manager Manage reception staff Reception manager play important role to maintain equal work between staff, making weekly rota, given daily task to staff, arrange monthly meeting.

Nurse Clinical They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Medical secretory Provide clinical/admin help Job duty include referrals, daily prescription, dealing with patient registration problems, attend clinical meetings.
